Mercedes-Benz has repeatedly announced that it intends to significantly expand the range of its electric vehicles in the next few years. The company has already begun to implement the assigned tasks and is preparing to present the new Mercedes EQS crossover.
The future novelty came to the attention of photo spies during the passage of road tests. Mercedes-Benz completely covered the prototype with dense camouflage, but this does not interfere with considering the exterior's key elements. The body received smooth, smoothed lines, without the slightest hint of aggression. The windshield flows smoothly into the sloping roof, which ends with a rather large spoiler.
On both sides of the false radiator grille, swept headlights are likely to go to the Mercedes crossover's commercial version. Other notable features include hidden door handles, an angled rear window, and a charging port hatch in the front fender. In the cabin, which was photographed from a perfect angle, you can see a digital dashboard, a multimedia system with a "floating" screen, turbine-type deflectors, and a steering wheel already familiar with other new products.
The manufacturer is laconic about the new model. According to insiders, the Mercedes EQS crossover is built on an entirely new platform and will receive a power reserve of up to 700 km. It will be driven by one or two electric motors, depending on the modification, from 400 to 600 hp.
